Earlier this week, our office released the results of a survey of restocking fees at national retailers that are popular during the holiday shopping season. We found that these fees on returns – particularly on electronics and furniture – are being charged at more and more retailers.

 

On Tuesday night, I discussed this issue on “Greater Boston” with Host Emily Rooney and Jon Hurst from the Retailers Association of Massachusetts.
