On Wednesday, September 23rd, Governor Charlie Baker, MBTA General Manager Frank DePaola and Chief Administrator Brian Shortsleeve visited an MBTA staging facility in Dorchester to review and discuss the progress of ongoing winter resiliency efforts. The team discussed among other topics the implementation of new updated third rails.
