Invite the entire family out for a free snowshoeing event at Webb State Park in Weymouth on Thursday. Snow shoes will be provided, but dress warmly and register beforehand as space is limited. Or, venture to the Reinstein Bandstand at Revere Beach to learn about rare shorebirds and what the DCR is doing to protect their habitat.
