During the warm summer months, boating is a favorite activity for many people.   There are several laws and rules that must be observed when watercraft are in use.  The Trial Court law libraries have produced a new law about page on recreational boating where you will find links to the state and federal laws as well as to other helpful websites and print materials in our collections.  In order to enjoy the beautiful coast and inner waterways safely, learn about the applicable laws, take a boating safety class, or check your boat equipment for any necessary repairs.   Ahoy!
