You know where you’re going. With a few new add-ons, we made it easier to get there.

Same road, better ride

This January, we hope your 2021 gets off to a smooth start with our enhanced, high performance tax platform. Changes to MassTaxConnect are subtle, so there’s very little to get used to, and a lot more to enjoy.

Avoid potholes

Due to the upgrade, MassTaxConnect won’t be available from 5:00 p.m., January 15, 2021 until 6:00 a.m., January 19, 2021.

Thank you for submitting payments or returns due before the shutdown on January 15.

With a modern look yet familiar feel, this version of MassTaxConnect prioritizes speed, performance, and user experience. Improvements to the design will make being behind the wheel smoother and more intuitive. No more digging through the glove department to find something either. Screens are fine-tuned, lists easy to locate, and actions simple to follow.

Green means go

From your account page, important information will be color coded. Balances in red will need your immediate attention and those in green will indicate that you’re in compliance. From here, you can go directly to returns or make a payment.
