MassTaxConnect has taken off and users have been busy putting the system to work. We’ve taken the liberty of putting together a robust selection of self-help resources to assist our business taxpayers with some common questions about the new system. We’re also extending our call center hours to help with their upcoming filing deadline.


A YouTube playlist just for MassTaxConnect is widely popular and includes lots of how-to videos on popular functions in MassTaxConnect like “How to log in with an Authentication code” and “How to make a bill payment without logging in”.

Login Resources

We’ve dedicated an entire webpage to assist taxpayers with getting in to MassTaxConnect. Our Login Resource page has our most popular FAQ’s on logging in, verifying your identity and password help. Former WebFile for Business users can simply log in with their previous password and username, but if help is needed to log in for the first time, here is your starting point.

Extended Call Center Hours

The business tax community has a major filing date approaching on December 20th and we want to help. Our call center will be open Saturday, December 19th from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Sunday, December 20th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. We’re also adding additional hours on Monday, December 21st from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. For assistance with filing, call (617) 887-6367 or 800-392-6089 (toll-free in Massachusetts).

We want our business community to be fully knowledgeable of MassTaxConnect and we’re committed to educating them along the way. Our staff and team of Expert Users are on hand every day to assist taxpayers. The call center is open regularly Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00pm to assist callers.
