For most assessors it has been many years since the real estate market necessitated they consider whether or not Time Adjusting Sale Prices was important.  The Division of Local Services has created a PowerPoint presentation that demonstrates three generally acceptable methods of time trending in order to be of assistance to local assessors should they decide that trending is desirable.
