MassDOT Highway Division Administrator Luisa Paiewonsky describes the historic reform that led to the unified agency MassDOT in a "Two-Minute DOT Update" from AASHTO, the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials. 

In the video, Paiewonsky says that one year after Governor Deval Patrick signed the reform legislation, the goals of the merger are being met.  The segment available below can also be seen on AASHTO's Transportation TV channel online.
