MassDOT's historic Route 2 "Heavy Lift" bridge installation in Phillipston this fall is a story of success, innovation and customer service.

A new bridge superstructure took shape right next to the intersection of Route 2 and Route 2A.  Once complete, crews demolished the old bridge and moved the new bridge in place in a matter of hours.
