Governor Deval Patrick on September 11 joined Congressman Barney Frank, Congressman Jim McGovern, MassDOT Secretary Rich Davey, state legislators and local municipal leaders along with hundreds of family, friends and local residents for the new Veterans’ Memorial Bridge dedication ceremony.  The new bridge connects Fall River and Somerset.  Watch highlights of the ceremony, including remarks from Governor Patrick and Secretary Davey.
