MBTA's Commuter Rail system is performing at a high level of service in 2009.  MBTA General Manager Daniel Grabauskas says Commuter Rail on-time performance has been above 90% for four straight months and above 94% during the the last three.  On-time means 94% of all trains arrived at their destinations within five minutes of their scheduled arrivals.
