Transportation Secretary Jeff Mullan today is there and records video as the MBTA begins clearing the Mattapan High Speed Line with a jet blower following the December 26-27 winter storm. The jet blower shortens the process of clearing and leaves traditional equipment available for other snow clearing duties.  A noisy but highly effective strategy.
