In response to customer concerns, General Manager Rich Davey launched a courtesy campaign yesterday afternoon with the help of Celtics Captain Paul Pierce, whose voice can now be heard on the MBTA system urging riders to make courtesy a priority. Different ad boards targeting specific behavior on the MBTA are also included in the campaign, and will be posted throughout the system. Listen to the courtesy message from "The Truth."
