The new $2.3 million Cape Cod Canal Region Visitor Center constructed as part of the MassHighway Sagamore Rotary Project opened June 26.  MassHighway Commissioner Luisa Paiewonsky joined Senate President Therese Murray and other officials for the ribboncutting ceremonies.  The Visitor Center is located at at 1 Meetinghouse Lane, at the base of the Sagamore Bridge.

The Cape Cod Canal Region Chamber of Commerce is operating the Visitor Center and shared the photos above.
