Weston Bridge Open 23OCT09 MassHighway today opened the new two-span bridge carrying Recreation Road in Weston over I-95/Route 128. 

The $3.5 million bridge replacement began with demolition last year of the existing bridge.  New high performance concrete bridge beams were erected this spring by contractors SPS New England, Inc. of Salisbury. 

The bridge opened today, a full six weeks ahead of original schedule.
