Law Review Commons describes itself as the largest free collection of law review articles.  Publications are made available online through their institutions’ bepress Digital Commons repositories.  This Internet site contains over 200 law reviews and extends back to 1852.  Massachusetts law schools represented are Boston College School of Law, University of Massachusetts School of Law, and Western New England School of Law.  Law schools often publish several different law reviews, and this site contains many of them. For example, the site includes the Annual Survey of Massachusetts Law (1954-1986) published by the Boston College School of Law.  The search functions allows browsing by issue, subject or author, term searching within a journal or the entire collection, and advanced searching by field (abstract, subject, author, institution, title, document type, publication).  If this site does not have a law review article that you are looking for, contact a Massachusetts Trial Court Law Library for assistance.
