In order to balance caseloads among divisions, the following cities and towns will be shifted to the Central Division (Worcester) for all cases and all chapters filed on or after May 1, 2014.

  • Framingham
  • Franklin
  • Holliston
  • Medway

The 341 Meetings of Creditors will be held at 446 Main Street, 1st Floor, in Worcester.  The U. S. Bankruptcy Court is located at 595 Main Street.
