The March monthly meeting of the Public Health Council consisted of a series of updates for Council members on various amendments to regulations that are currently making their way through the regulatory amendment process, followed by a pair of informational presentations from the Department on agency initiatives.

Discussions on the full range of proposed amendments to regulations included:

Following these updates, Department staff provided informational updates on the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners (SANE) program and the e-Referral Program designed to formalize clinical/community partnerships.
