The Green Line Extension Project Team will hold a public meeting to review the latest design plan for Ball Square & College Avenue Stations. The meeting will be held at the following time and location:

Wednesday, March 21, 6:00-8:00 PM, Medford City Hall, City Council Chambers, 85 George P. Hassett Drive

Final Statewide Exit Renumbering Work on I-290 and I-395

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) is announcing that it will begin installation of the new milepost-based signs at all exits along Interstate 290 and Interstate 395, between Marlborough and Webster, on Sunday, August 8, 2021. This is the final corridor to be completed under the Statewide Exit Renumbering Project. The sign installation operations, which will take place nightly during overnight hours from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the following day, are anticipated to be completed in approximately 2 weeks.

Acceler-8 I-90 Bridge Replacement Project: Cordaville Road Work Complete

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) is pleased to announce that the replacement of the I-90 eastbound bridge over Cordaville Road in Southborough was successfully completed ahead of schedule this morning at 2:45 a.m. All lanes on I-90 and Cordaville Road are now open for travel.

Unfortunately, with the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions, the nation is seeing an increase in crime, including vehicle theft. Vehicle thefts are at a 10-year high, up nearly 10% in the country, and higher in some metropolitan areas, according to the National Insurance Crime Bureau.
