MBTA Hybrid Bus

MBTA Hybrid Bus

We invite you to take the Focus40 Transit Priorities Survey, which was launched at the Focus40 kickoff event on May 24.

If you have not already done so, please take the survey and share your thoughts on how the MBTA should prioritize different types of investments over the next 25 years for bus, rapid transit, commuter rail, ferry, and The RIDE. The survey is available in EnglishSpanish, and Simplified Chinese.

Focus40 is the 25-year strategic vision for MBTA investments. This process is engaging customers – as well as elected officials, major employers and business leaders, academic institutions, the advocacy community, and other stakeholders – in the development of a financially responsible, long-term investment strategy that positions the MBTA to better serve the region of today, as well as the Greater Boston of 2040.

Please visit the project website for more information, and check back soon to view event materials and a summary of all the input we received at the kickoff.  If you have any questions or comments, please contact MassDOT’s Project Manager, Scott Hamwey, at 857-368-9800 or email at focus40@dot.state.ma.us.
