Kaprielian 0008MassDOT Registrar of Motor Vehicles Rachel Kaprielian today joined AAA Southern New England President and CEO Mark Shaw at the AAA branch in Saugus to launch the newest MassDOT/AAA partnership location to offer Registry services.

AAA will offer routine license and registration renewals Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM at the AAA Saugus branch located at 214A Broadway. AAA is the only RMV service location offering Saturday hours.

“MassDOT’s commitment to improving customer service is evident through our growing list of partnerships with AAA,” said Registrar Rachel Kaprielian. “Our innovative partnership with AAA helps reduce wait times and compliments the service already provided by RMV employees.”

AAA recently partnered with RMV at its South Dennis branch.  MassDOT and AAA also offer Registry services in AAA’s Framingham and Worcester branches, and will soon launch programs in downtown Boston and West Springfield.
