RMV Low Plate 2019.The Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles 2019 Low Plate Lottery is now open! There are 231 plates available in this year’s low plate lottery. The deadline to enter the lottery is August 23, 2019.

To be eligible, customers MUST apply online or mail the form to the address listed on the form.

 This year’s available plates include: 167, 23P, 64V, 99G, T31, and 384.

Rules, eligibility, and the application form are available on the Low Plate Lottery website.

Low Plate Lottery winners will be announced by September 15, 2019. Lottery results will be available on the RMV website.
