Reminder, closure starts April 24 of the I-90 Eastbound Exit to Copley Square in Boston

Exit to Huntington Ave/Pru Remains Open

BOSTON – The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) is announcing that the exit from I-90 eastbound to Copley Square from I-90 eastbound in Boston will be closed from 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 24, until Memorial Day weekend. This extended closure will be implemented so that crews can work 24/7 to demolish and reconstruct portions of the bridge deck on the ramp to Copley Square.  The I-90 eastbound exit ramp to Huntington Avenue/Pru will remain open for travel.

Signs and traffic control devices will be used to guide drivers away from the work zone.

Detour signs will be posted to guide drivers to their destinations safely.

Drivers traveling through the impacted areas should expect delays, reduce speed, and use caution.
